THIS ENHANCES COMMANDERS AND STAFFS OF GRF AND OTHER ARMY'S ABILITY TO CONDUCT MISSION COMMAND, TO INCLUDE MISSION PLANNING AND REHEARSAL, WHILE ENROUTE.
